David Madani has represented clients in BC Provincial Court, BC Supreme Court, the BC Court of Appeal, Alberta Court of Queen’s Bench, the Worker’s Compensation Appeal Tribunal, the College of Dental Surgeons of British Columbia Tribunal, and the Residential Tenancy Branch.  He also has experience in professional regulation and professional discipline cases.

David has served as a board member with the Canadian Bar Association of BC “BarTalk” magazine editorial committee and has been a contributing editor for the Law Society of British Columbia’s Learning Centre Website.  He is a contributing author for two previous Continuing Legal Education courses, “Affidavit Secrets” and “Civil Law for Criminal Lawyers,” and has assisted with publications for the People’s Law School in Vancouver.  He volunteers as a supervising lawyer for the UBC Law Students’ Legal Advice Program and is a law student mentor through the Canadian Bar Association’s mentorship program.  David has significant experience and interest in legal research and is a member of the CBA’s legal research subsection.
