Stephanie Markovich received an Honours Bachelor of Arts degree with a major in Political Science from The University of British Columbia in 2006.  She then completed a Master of Arts degree, focussing on global political economy, at Carleton University before studying law at the University of Ottawa.  She received her Bachelor of Laws degree in 2010.  After articling with a small personal injury firm in Vancouver, Stephanie was called to the bar in British Columbia in 2011.  She has practised primarily insurance law since 2012 and has appeared as counsel in both judge and jury trials in the Supreme Court of British Columbia.  Stephanie joined Meridian Law Group in July, 2017.

Stephanie volunteers with the Canadian Bar Association and has been a member of the CBA Women Lawyers’ Forum executive committee since 2015.  In her spare time Stephanie enjoys running, cycling, and travelling the world.
