E. Craig Watson graduated from Queen’s University law school in 1993 and was called to the bar in Ontario in 1994 and to the bar in British Columbia in 1995. Craig is an experienced litigator, dedicated to representing plaintiffs and defendants in the areas of insurance defence, complex personal injury claims, construction litigation, and commercial litigation. He is known for being a determined advocate for his clients.
During over 20 years of practice in the Lower Mainland, Craig has acted for a diverse spectrum of clients. He has represented both plaintiffs and defendants in complex and catastrophic personal injury claims, arising from both motor vehicle accidents and occupiers’ liability claims. His experience with errors and omissions litigation includes claims against directors and officers, design professionals, and lawyers. He has acted for entrepreneurs, helping to resolve shareholders’ and partners’ disputes. Craig has served his clients as lead counsel in all levels of the courts in British Columbia.
